HOW DO I CARE FOR MY CUSHION?
A gentle hand wash in cold water and lying flat in a shaded area to dry is the recommended method. Using harsh cleaning products to wash your cushion cover or tumble drying is not recommended.


HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE SENT?
SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA. Orders are despatched between 3 - 7 working days via Australia Post or courier. If you need an urgent delivery please email us [email protected]

SHIPPING OVERSEAS// orders will be despatched within 3 days of placement. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout. Orders sent outside Australia are sent via Australia Post Air Mail, typically taking 3- 10 days, however depending on your location this may take longer.

CAN I ADD A PERSONAL NOTE TO MY ORDER?
Absolutely! Just add your note at the checkout and we will ensure a handwritten card will be sent with your parcel.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
We have a 14 day return policy. If you are unsatisfied with your product, it can be exchanged once the original purchase item has been returned. Your item must be postmarked to have been sent to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Refund and exchange items must be in the same condition you received them in, with all labelling intact.
